Is there any plans to include these two vital classes in AlphaFS?

This is the currently only existing work item, so yes, there are plans to include these two classes. However I have failed to see how they are vital as of yet, can you please elaborate on that?

The main niche market to use AlphaFS is to utilize file management and
backup Windows functions with fill Long Path capabilities of native
WIN32 Unicode API functions.
Implementing FileInfo and DirectoryInfo classes would make transparent
transition of existing code by simply switching from System.IO to
AlphaFS.Filesystem namespaces.

Both yes and no actually. I agree with you that they should be implemented, if for nothing else so for the sake of completeness. But there is also a slight danger with this transition by simply switching from System.IO to AlphaFS because of the minor differences in behavior that exist here and there.  This is also something that need to be addressed and either corrected if possible to avoid conflicting behavior between the two, or clearly documented in a central location so that the places where differences are present can be easily found. (Differences in interfaces aren't quite as alarming, since these are much easier to spot during a transition).

FileInfo and DirectoryInfo are implemented in new 0.7 release now.
